The gardens are super beautiful and the food is amazing. We particularly enjoyed the Grilled Assam Halibut Risotto and Dry Bak Kut Teh. Service was friendly but a little slow as it was a busy night. Even though the in-house dinner service was busy, they were attentive to clear our plates and make sure we had cold water throughout our meal.
During the dessert course we got tired and decided to have it in our room. The waiter was happy to oblige and our desserts arrived in our room a few minutes after us. I loved the churros with pandan ice cream and butterfly pea ice cream. The fried dough is dusted with cinnamon sugar and is crispy on the outside and warm and soft on the inside – a must try in my book! chendol is also very refreshing.
The next morning, we took Berry for a walk in East Coast Park to watch the sunrise. She walked over 3 kilometers and we are very proud of her!
